Using the site

IMRS News is a magazine. We publish articles and pictures and you can read them free of charge. There is nothing to buy here and no account to create.

Read it, share links, enjoy it. Please do not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
• disrupt or overload its normal operation;
• scrape or redistribute the content in bulk without permission;
• use the contact form to send unlawful or abusive material.

Our content

The articles, photographs and design on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from, and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read them, quote them with attribution, and link to them. Republishing whole articles or using our photographs elsewhere needs our permission first — ask us, we are reasonable.

Links to other websites

Some articles link to websites we do not operate, including other services of our own. We do not control what is on them and we are not responsible for them. Each has its own terms and its own conditions of access, which you should read if you go there.

Newsletter and contact

If you give us your e-mail address, we send you an occasional newsletter about what we have published. Every message has an unsubscribe link — one click, no questions. We do not pass your address to anyone else.

Please do not send us confidential information, passwords, or anyone else’s personal data through the contact form. We read what arrives and answer when we can, but we do not promise a reply or a deadline.

Availability, liability and governing law

We would like the site to be up all the time, and mostly it is. We cannot promise it, and we may change, pause or retire any part of it.

We write our articles carefully, but they are general information, not advice to act on without checking. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer, or our liability for anything the law does not let us limit.

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protections of your own country’s law that cannot be set aside by agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.
